esimintel.com helps you compare eSIM plans from multiple providers so you can pick the option that fits your trip, device, and budget.
What we do (and don’t do)
- We list and compare eSIM plans, features, and pricing.
- We may include links that take you to a provider’s website to complete your purchase.
- We do not sell eSIMs and cannot access your order with a provider.
How we collect information
We build and maintain our listings using a mix of:
- Provider information (for example via APIs, tips, feedback, or updates shared by providers)
- Collaboration with experts in the eSIM / travel connectivity space
- Ongoing online research (including product updates and policy changes)
- Feedback from our users (what worked, what didn’t, and what felt misleading)
How we vet providers
We aim to work only with providers that meet strong standards, including:
- coverage and network information
- clear plan details (data amount, validity, supported regions, top-ups, etc.)
- fair value and transparent pricing
- reliable activation and user experience
- reasonable customer support and outcomes
- honest marketing and clear claims
Because we can’t test every provider on earth, we focus on providers we can evaluate ourselves. If we see consistent negative reviews or warning signs, we may avoid listing that provider.
Budget vs premium options (how to think about them)
We try to show both budget and premium options where possible:
- Budget plans are usually best when you want the lowest cost for basic connectivity (maps, messaging, browsing). They may have fewer extras, narrower region coverage, or less flexible policies.
- Premium plans tend to offer a stronger overall experience—such as broader coverage, clearer plan rules, smoother activation, and more dependable support. They can cost more, but may be worth it for longer trips, work travel, or heavy use.
