If you have an issue with an eSIM you purchased (activation, billing, refunds, speed, coverage, etc.), you’ll need to contact the eSIM provider you purchased from directly.
We do our best to vet providers and keep information accurate. If something looks incorrect on our site, email hello@esimintel.com so we can investigate.
