This Privacy Policy explains how esimintel.com (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information when you use our website.
1) Big picture
- We do not sell eSIMs.
- We do not ask you to create an account.
- We do not build a customer database of purchases.
We process limited information in two cases:
- If you email us, we receive what you send (like your email address and message).
- We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how the website is used.
2) Information you provide to us
If you contact us by email, we will receive the information you include, which may contain:
- your email address
- your name (if you include it)
- your message and any attachments
We use this only to respond and provide support about the website (for example: correcting listings, answering questions, or partnerships).
3) Information we collect automatically (analytics)
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure general website usage. Depending on configuration, GA4 may collect:
- approximate location (country/city)
- device and browser information
- pages viewed and time spent
- referral source and campaign parameters (UTMs)
We use this information to improve the website (for example, which pages are helpful and which need work).
4) Cookies
We do not use advertising cookies.

Some links on esimintel.com are affiliate links. When you click a link and go to a provider’s website:

We do not control how third-party websites handle your data. Please review their policies before purchasing.
6) Do we receive purchase data from providers?
No. If you buy an eSIM, that transaction is with the provider. We do not receive your order details.
7) How long we keep information
- Emails: We keep emails only as long as needed to respond or for basic record-keeping.
- Analytics: Data retention is controlled in GA4 settings. We keep it only as long as needed for site improvement.
8) Your choices and requests
You can contact us to ask what information we have from your emails (if any) or ask us to delete emails you sent us (where feasible).

9) International processing
Google Analytics may process data on servers outside your country. Google provides details in its own documentation and policies.
